   - Production will commence only after the artwork has been approved by the client.
   - Any modifications requested after artwork approval will incur additional costs.

2. *Order Changes*
   - Once the artwork is approved, the order cannot be changed. Any requested changes will result in additional charges.

3. *Payment Terms*
   - For orders exceeding 10,000 pieces, a 50% pre-payment is required to initiate production after artwork approval.
   - Payments are due within 30 days after delivery.

4. *Delivery*
   - Delivery dates are estimated and may vary. We will strive to meet the agreed delivery schedule but are not liable for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. *Quality Assurance*
   - We guarantee the quality of our products and adhere to stringent quality control measures. Any claims regarding defects or issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.

6. *Cancellation Policy*
   - Orders may be canceled prior to artwork approval without any penalties. Once artwork is approved, cancellations will incur a fee based on the progress of the production.

7. *Intellectual Property*
   - All designs and artworks provided by the client are assumed to have the necessary permissions and rights. The client is responsible for any infringement issues.

8. *Confidentiality*
   - We respect the confidentiality of our clients and their designs. Any shared information will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not be disclosed to third parties.

9. *Price Changes*
   - Wrapier reserves the right to change the given prices at any time without prior notice.
